Our domestic delivery service is currently via Australia Post. Please ensure you select the service that best suits your requirements when ordering.

If selecting Australia Post regular service, this does not include insurance and is not traceable. Registered post is traceable and includes insurance to the value of $100. Express post is both traceable and is delivered the next business day within the Express post network within Australia.

Our international delivery service is currently via the Australia post Airmail service. Please contact info@trendypaws.com.au for details of traceability and insurance for international deliveries.

Postage & Handling Rates (AUD)

Regular postage service in Australia:

• 1 item <250g = $5
• Multiple items <500g = $7
• 5 items up to 1kg = $11
• Express up to 500g = $10

Overseas Air Mail:

1 item <250g  

• USA & UK = $8
• Rest of world = $9.50

Multiple items <500g 

• USA & UK  = $13
• Rest of world = $15.50

Domestic shipping times:

Regular Post:

• Within Victoria : 1-3 working days
• Rest of Australia : 4-6 working days

Express Post:

• Express: 1 day within the express post network

Registered Post:

• Same delivery time as the regular service

International shipping times:

• UK & USA: 10-12 business days by airmail
• NZ: 5-7 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-14 business days by airmail
